Deletion depends on the type of data involved. Treat media files, local app state and optional online data as separate categories.

Delete recordings from Vidorec, the system gallery or Files app. Operating-system trash and backup behavior can still apply.
Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local settings and the random installation identifier.
For AI-caption account data, balance, job history, stored caption text or support data, send a request from the email associated with the account.
VIDEO PLAYER

There is no Vidorec profile to delete. Remove recent items through Settings > Privacy > Clear recent list.
Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local preferences, queued reports and the pseudonymous install ID; it does not delete media files.
For analytics, crash or support data requests, include the install or report ID shown in the support preview, the app name and relevant dates.

State the app name, requested data category and the minimum identifier needed to locate it. Do not send a recording, video file, purchase token or secret.
The minimum record required by law, store reconciliation or legitimate security and fraud-prevention needs may be excluded from deletion. Any exception will be explained in the response.
